We spent five years looking for the perfect property in Florida. As soon as we visited Reserve at Town Center we fell in love with the location, close to the parks and golf courses but quiet and peaceful for those more restful days. We then had to wait for another two years for the perfect villa with south facing pool and water views.
We think Town Center is the perfect location, close to the parks and golf courses but set within a quiet conservation area with loads of nature. The main airports are within easy reach and the area is a great base from which to explore wider Florida such as the coasts, Everglades and further afield.
We wanted to ensure any stay at our villa feels like home from home and we have tried to ensure all the facilities you need are readily available. For those lazy days we have ensured we found the most comfy loungers and air conditioning was a pre-requisite for the Florida heat.
In case of any urgent issues we also have local support from the wonderful Sharon and Mark at our management company, Westridge Management.
