Our 1512 sq ft villa is detached with a waterfront.

Check in is 4pm and check out 10am.

Maximum occupancy is 6.

Children are welcome but pets are not allowed

We aim to provide you with everything you need for your stay. Our villa with off street parking, is fully air conditioned, has washing and ironing facilities (Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer), a safe and of course free wifi. 

In our spacious lounge we include a widescreen TV with cable, Xbox One console, a selection of films and games as well as a collection of books. We have number of seating areas including a breakfast bar.

We have three bedrooms two of which have large ensuite facilities. Bedrooms one and two have large queen sized beds with the third bedroom set up with twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own cabled TV. Full sets of bed linen are provided.

Alongside our two ensuite facilities which include shower enclosures we also have a family bathroom with both shower and bath. Each bathroom is furnished with a hair dryer. Full sets of towels are also provided.

Our newly rennovated kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator with ice maker.  Along with all the necessary crockery and utensils we also have a coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Our large 32 ft pool is heated and beach towels are provided. Our pool furniture was specfically chosen for comfort and lazing in the Florida sun. There is an additional outdoor dining area with lanai and large ceiling fan.
