Additional pricing information
- a refundable security deposit of £200 is required
- Florida State levies a 7% sales tax which is added to each booking
- we accept payments in sterling and dollars, exchange rate specified at booking
- pool heating is available at a cost of £25 a day
- a non refundable deposit of £125 per week is required to secure booking, balances are due within 8 weeks of arrival with security deposit
Cancellation policy
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date (less deposit)
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date (less deposit)
Whilst we do not accept credit cards we can take payments through PAYPAL.
However, we add 3% to each payment to cover their administration costs.
