Peak Season - £800 per week (minimum 7 nights stay, £115 per night thereafter)

      Off Peak - £675 per week (minimum 7 nights stay, £96 per night thereafter)

Additional pricing information

• a refundable security deposit of £200 is required
  
• Florida State levies a 7% sales tax which is added to each booking
  
• we accept payments in sterling and dollars, exchange rate specified at booking
• pool heating is available at a cost of £25 a day
• a non refundable deposit of £125 per week is required to secure booking, balances are due within 8 weeks of arrival with security deposit

Cancellation policy

• 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date (less deposit)
  
• 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date (less deposit)
