Our villa is situated at Reserve at Town Center, a peaceful, small development centred within a conservation area yet close to all the major theme parks and centrally located for easy access to the beaches, airports and wider Florida area, five minutes from J58 of the I4.

No visit to Orlando is complete without a visit to seeMickey and Minnie !

Our villa is fifteen minutes from the Disney parks.

Home to some of the biggest thrills and rides in Florida, Universal Studios has to be on the Florida visit bucket list.

The Florida coastline is simply a stringof beautiful beaches.

We are ideally positioned to reach either coast within an hour to wonderful spots of Cocoa Beach on the east coast or St Petes on the gulf coast.

There are loads of golf courses in our local area including Championsgate, Providence and the championship course at Reunion.

There are loads of places to eat locally, either at Championsgate just a few minutes away or around the 192 thoroughfare around ten minutes away.However our favourite remains a small family steakhouse chain owned by Manny.

There are too many shopping experiences to list with the Florida Mall to the Premium Outlet centers the most popular. However for the true American experience try the Mall at Millenia.

Surrounded by conservation we have a fantastic selection of wildlife including a wide range of birds, turtles, and of course the occasional gator !

Throughout Florida the wildlife is spectacular, try an airboaton Lake Toho just twenty minutes away.

We are situated around 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport but Sanford and Tampa airports are also easily accessible being around an hours travel.
